Indulge. This is a stuffed cookie. Triple threat, with a Thai tea infused base. Dollop of caramel also made with Thai tea. And the soft, handmade mochi... also infused with Thai tea. I won't ever stop going on about this one. If you haven't had Thai tea, think of the floralness of Earl Grey tea but married to a smooth vanilla. Silky sweet caramel paired with a not too sweet biscuit and chewy mochi centre. If you can't imagine it, just buy it. I've tried to put this online for sale for ages but DM orders on our social media by hardcore fans. Now, considered a permanent addition to our cookie counter, we promised to increase our production.

MOCHI, IF YOU DON'T KNOW, is a sticky rice cake similar in texture to a marshmallow but not too sweet and is more like an ooey gooey surprise in the centre of your cookie!
