Indulge. This is a stuffed cookie. Starting with robusta beans roasted in butter, chocolate and caramel, the coffee grounds are infused with our mochi and folded into our biscuit dough. Sweetened condensed milk as a decadent addition to balance out the bittersweet coffee. Soft, handmade mochi, but basically in dark roast form. Yes, it can be considered your caffeine kick but in a creamy yet chewy cookie form. If you can't imagine it, just buy it. People have had our coffee baked baos (this will be discussed later) and wanted a cookie form. Considered a newly released friend on our cookie counter, we'll let you decide whether she stays or not.

MOCHI, IF YOU DON'T KNOW, is a sticky rice cake similar in texture to a marshmallow but not too sweet and is more like an ooey gooey surprise in the centre of your cookie!
